The Burger Bar will be held from 2:00-4:00pm on the day of the event.
The bar features build your own burgers with chips and coleslaw.
With the purchase of a ticket for $15.00, you will receive full access to the Burger Bar as well as a FREE Bloody Mary served in a
Drafts & Crafts keepsake glass.
Teresa Myers will be on sight utilizing her talents as she creates your
MTO Bloody Mary!
Don't worry, if you don't like Bloody Mary's, you may substitute a Jack & Coke for no additional cost.

50-quart coolers and smaller will be permitted
Re-entry will NOT be permitted for cooler restocking
CCRF staff/volunteers have the right to check the contents of bags and coolers
CCRF staff/volunteers have the right to deny any cooler entry
for any reason they see fit
CCRF is not responsible for lost or stolen coolers

Don't forget your chair or blanket! As the music fills the air, enjoy playing FREE lawn games such as corn hole and giant beer pong. Or stroll through a variety of vendor booths featuring local artisans selling their one of a kind hand crafted items and local small businesses promoting their merchants. You will also find a variety of games, raffles, silent auctions, 50/50’s and more…
we are certain there is something for everyone to enjoy,
all while helping raise awareness and supporting a great cause!

If you would like to be a vendor for this event, please fill out the
"Vendor Interest" form below. CCRF will contact you to confirm your spot as a vendor.
Artisan & Small Business Vendors
CCRF is looking for artisans and small business owners to sell their products at the event. We
arelooking for products that are local and handmade. Each vendor must provide their own,
tables, and chairs. An item donated as a door prize or raffle item is greatly appreciated.
Outside Spot: $50.00
Beverage & Food Vendors
Breweries, distilleries, wineries, and food trucks are wanted for this event to provide
samples or sell their product to the guests.

Sponsoring this event will help to offset expenses in order to ensure that all proceeds from the event will benefit the mission of Children's Cancer Recovery Foundation.
Presenting Sponsor - $3,000
Logo placement on event t-shirt and CCRF's website for one year, recognition on all event print ads, press releases and social media,
8 general admission tickets and booth space at the event.
This sponsorship covers 1 Bear-Able Gift toy shipment
OR
provide financial assistance to 10 families facing a cancer diagnosis.
Supporting Sponsor - $1,500
Logo placement on event t-shirt and CCRF's website for 6 months,
recognition on all event print ads, press releases and social media,
4 general admission tickets and booth space at the event.
This sponsorship will provide financial assistance to 5 families facing a cancer diagnosis.
Raffles & Prizes Supporting Sponsor - $500
Name and logo placement on event tables, recognition on social media,
and 2 general admission tickets.
This sponsorship will assist in sending toys to 4 hospitals during a Bear-Able Gifts toy shipment.
Entertainment & Games Supporting Sponsor - $500
Name and logo placement at booths, recognition on social media,
and 2 general admission tickets.
